“Pressure” was commissioned by the Norwegian ensemble asamisimasa for a national nyMusikk tour celebrating the 100-year anniversary of the Norwegian Society of Composers.

A social, sonic and visual exploration of “pressure”.

The video material was filmed in Henningsvær together with the Norwegian dancer and choreographer Thomas of Norway, with the help of body paint artist Vilija Vitkuté.

Instrumentation in video: grand piano, clarinet, cello, guitar, timpani with natural skin, crash cymbals, quality silent silicon g-spot vibrators, several rolls of aluminium and plastic foil.
