Composition of original sound for dance performance by Thomas of Norway

Based on the experiences of relatives and survivors with illness, death and grief, Thomas of Norway takes the audience into a poetic landscape where bodily experiences and reflections find space.

Holding Position is an aesthetic, aural and thoughtful performance in which Thomas of Norway has explored experiences of loss in close relationships.

An art collective curating the best in sour taste together with the coolest sour music! SURMUSIKK concert series features exceptional musicians, accompanied by seasonal sour tasting at our SURETING pop-up Sour Café.

TWO SIDES OF THE RIVER (2023)

Collaboration with Pavlo Grazhdanskij. A follow-up to the same named artwork from a year earlier. Imagined by the artists, a call and response sound experience across the Pasvik river, which could not take place as planned because authorities in Nikel silenced one side of the performance due to the risk of a “snow storm”. One year later, the artists present a sad memory of the event.
